Job Details
A respected International firm are looking to expand their Banking and Finance team with the hire of a Real Estate Finance associate at the 1+PQE level to join their London office. In return, the firm offer a chance to join a close-knit and collegiate team, high quality work as well as a competitive remuneration package.
The successful applicant will be exposed to a wide variety of Banking and Finance work including; asset finance, project finance acquisition finance however the main focus will be on Property finance work.
The new joiner will have prior exposure to Real Estate Finance work and have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a qualified lawyer in a reputable regional or City team. The firm would also expect the individual to have a strong academic record and demonstrable knowledge of the Banking market as a whole.
