**INTERNATIONAL CITY FIRM** Property Finance Associate 1-4PQE

A new associate position has become available at an International firm with a truly global presence in their office in London. The firm are looking to hire a mid-level associate between the 1-4PQE level to focus predominantly on Real Estate Finance work. The firm can offer a competitive remuneration package, high-end City work and a work /life balance that may not be possible at most international firms.

The team represent lenders and investors on a range of work including investment, bank funding, PE and restructures. The firm's clients base is truly global and consists of FTSE 100 organisations, HNW individuals and private companies and advise on a range of domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters. The work will include advising on; joint venture funding, mezzanine funding, commercial development financing and acquisition funding.

The team are looking for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience coming from a respected regional, City or International finance practice. Prior experience of taking the lead on projects is highly advantageous and a strong academic record is also required.
