Capital Markets Lawyer

Outstanding opportunity for a Lawyer who is looking for an In-House role that they can truly make their own.

Our client is a legal and regulatory consultancy who are expanding their North East offering and require a Capital Markets Solicitor to draft, negotiate and review key transactional documents, ensure all new and existing contracts comply with legal and regulatory changes and work to establish and manage a team. You will also act as the leading point of contact between the team and one of their key clients - a top-tier financial institution.

This is an exciting role and requires someone who is ready to take on additional responsibility and build a team around them. While experience in managing a team is not essential, they do require someone with demonstrable knowledge of capital market/loans and the skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
