As a leading firm in the UK, in the areas of business crime and extradition, commercial and regulatory litigation, we employ high-calibre UK-qualified solicitors and barristers.
Peters and Peters Solicitors LLP is a specialist practice best known for providing expert advice in business crime and regulation, civil fraud and commercial litigation. We act for governments, corporations, financial institutions, professionals, executives and high net worth individuals. We also regularly advise foreign regulators and international organisations.
Many of our cases are high profile, complex, and increasingly often, international in nature. Peters and Peters has been ranked as ‘top tier’ by the leading legal directories across its practice for many years. Its key practice areas include: anti-money laundering; bribery and corruption; commercial and trust litigation; corporate investigations, criminal antitrust (cartels); cross-border issues (including extradition and mutual legal assistance); economic sanctions; financial regulation; fraud (criminal and civil); insider dealing; international asset-tracing and tax investigations.
The firm prides itself on being able to provide a welcoming, supportive and collegiate environment, exposure to high quality work and the opportunity to work with some of the most talented lawyers in our fields of practice. Our associate solicitor and employed barrister positions offer the opportunity to work on stimulating, high-profile and complex international litigation.
We are recruiting a junior / mid-level associate to join our Business Crime team. If you are interested in applying previous experience of criminal law is essential, while experience in fraud, extradition, sanctions, FCA investigations and regulatory litigation is always an advantage.
Our lawyers are outstanding and motivated individuals with excellent academic and training records, a strong team ethic and highly developed interpersonal skills. They engage effectively with clients and work efficiently as part of a team, analysing complex evidence tackling novel and complex legal problems and playing a significant part in the strategic direction of a case.
