The Role
Understanding the growth potential for IT in the legal sector, you will be responsible for building relationships with both law firms and IT professionals. You will be able to interpret clients' needs and objectives and deliver relevant recruitment solutions accordingly.
You can expect to have full autonomy over your own clients and candidates and will be able to see the recruitment process through from start to finish. The only limitations placed on you in this role will be your own!

About you
Ideally you will have a good level of IT recruitment experience, be that at an agency or in-house. Previous experience recruiting IT professionals for law firms would be beneficial.
Most importantly you will have a proven track record achieving targets, being motivated by your earning potential. You will have excellent communication skills (written and oral) and be a confident negotiator who can remain calm under pressure. If you demonstrate a strong work ethic, you can expect to progress quickly based on your achievements.
