Our Client, a thriving and award-winning full-service law firm based in Central London, is looking to recruit for its highly regarded Employment Team, with the appointment of a new Partner.

The Team

The Employment Team provide legal assistance to businesses across all sectors, including; construction; retail; recruitment; hospitality; travel and leisure; professional services; and charities, to name a few. They represent a host of clients, from start-ups to SME’s to national organisations, advising employer and senior level individual clients on all aspects of non-contentious and contentious matters.

The role and candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who is ambitious and driven, who feels they have achieved all they can in their current position and is now looking for the next step in their career, you will be an integral part of the team, assisting in the expansion and management of the department. As well as having the platform to run and develop your existing practice, you will be required to attend to the firm’s existing clients, providing support on corporate and property transactions when necessary.

A strong understanding of business development is essential, and the successful candidate will be a full and enthusiastic participant in the development and marketing of the department.

This is an ideal opportunity for an existing Partner, or an ambitious Senior Associate looking for partnership in the short term.
