Job Details
This global law firm is looking for a Senior Associate corporate transactional lawyer for an immediate start. Fast tract to Partnership! Fantastic opportunity for an international lawyer. Their Dubai team of partners and associates have substantial domestic, regional and international experience in corporate, private equity, M&A, disputes and finance. There are 60 lawyers in the Dubai office currently. You should already be heavily involved with international cross border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures and commercial matters across a broad range of sectors including financial services, telecommunications, technology, natural resources and health. You will have exceptional academics and experience working at a top tier law firm on corporate transactions. You must have experience leading private equity and M&A deals. You will be common law qualified and have at least 5 years post qualified experience. Tax free New York salary on offer plus substantial package.
