Counsel/Partner Designate Corporate M&A Cayman Islands

If you are an experienced corporate lawyer with an interest in the more commercial aspects of the business and driving growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be joining a well known and respected offshore law firm.  Being based in the Cayman Islands you will primarily be tasked with the expansion of the business in the Americas, although you will work closely with colleagues in Europe and Asia.

You will be working with a small but committed and supportive team in a friendly, collegiate office.

Ideally, you will have at least 7 years of relevant experience.  Previous offshore tenure is beneficial but not essential.  Our client is looking for someone who has strong technical skills, commercially savvy and easy to work with.
