**NATIONAL FIRM** Corporate/Commercial Associate 1-4PQE

A respected full-service national firm are looking to grow their Corporate/Commercial team with the hire of a junior-mid level Associate in London. The firm can offer a work/life balance that may not be possible at most national firms, a collegiate environment and a large degree of autonomy and client contact.

The work will involve advising on a range of matters, including; M&A transactions, joint ventures, IT/IP issues and commercial contracts. The role is broad and will suit an individual looking to expand their current practice who has a keen interest in the life sciences or technology sectors. The firm's client base consists of prominent healthcare organisations, research institutions and technology companies.

This team are looking for an ambitious Corporate associate with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience within an established regional, city or international firm. A background in science or technology would be advantageous but is not necessarily a prerequisite to be considered for the role.
