New! - our client are a leading Legal 500 firm with an outstanding reputation for their dispute resolution practice based in central Oxfordshire. The firm are looking for a Dispute Resolution lawyer with a keen interest in joining their expanding team. The main purpose of the role is to provide legal services to the firm’s clients and to help promote and develop the Dispute Resolution department and the firm, including a willingness to consider and research new practice areas. Experience of Property Litigation is essential.

This firm have an attractive central location nestled centrally near to West-Gate, restaurants, bars and shops for lazy summer lunchtimes.

The successful individual will take on a varied caseload of litigation, focusing mainly on commercial and property disputes. We would like to speak with ambitious individuals who have a minimum of two years experience and have a genuine appetite for business development and marketing.

This team have an enviable success rate at trial but specialise in mediation and alternative dispute resolution in order to achieve commercially sensible outcomes to difficult, and often high-value, disputes.
