Job Details
This premium global law firm is looking to hire a private funds lawyer to support the growth of its top-ranked funds practice based in London. The team advises a broad range of blue ticket clients including high-profile UK, European and global fund managers on several structures and asset classes. The role will involve a variety of private funds matters, including debt, real asset and upper mid-market private equity fund formation work. This is a top City practice with a strong international reputation.
The right candidate for this team will have between 2 and 6 years of post-qualification experience in private funds gained at a highly ranked funds practice. Candidates with appropriate equivalent common-law experience based abroad will also be considered. The firm offers career progression, training and development together with a highly competitive remuneration package.
