Junior Legal Counsel

The Company :

A well-known international travel & tourism business are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join their collegiate team.

The Role :

Reporting to the Legal Director, you will support the team with drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts, whilst advising stakeholders on consumer, regulatory and corporate matters.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior Lawyer looking to move in-house and be closely aligned with the business. You can expect a lot of training, development and career progression.

Your remit will include, but not be limited to;

• Drafting and negotiating complex agreements including supply, distribution, sales and marketing agreements
• Supporting the DPO on data privacy, GDPR and training
• Advising stake holders on a variety of legal issues from employment to compliance
• Identifying legal and commercial risk for the business, whilst designing best practices and policies to mitigate risk

You :

The successful candidate will have/be;

• A qualified Solicitor, NQ - 2 years' PQE
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Fast learning with a can-do attitude
• Keen to develop new skills and get stuck in
