A respected top 50 Insurance focused firm are looking to hire a mid-level lawyer to join their defendant focused Personal Injury team in London. The firm can offer a broad role, an established, high-end Insurer client base and the chance to join a close-knit and collegiate team.

The successful candidate will handle their own caseload of EL/PL claims predominantly representing the NHS Trusts and the NHSR as well as assisting the Partners on higher-value and complex claims. The new joiner will work very closely with NHS Resolution and will enable the successful candidate to undertake secondments within the organisation.

The practice are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience within a Personal Injury team, ideally with exposure to defendant EL/PL claims. Furthermore, experience of working closely with NHS trusts would be highly advantageous but is certainly not a prerequisite to be considered for the role.
