Your new company
Leading international law firm who provide a range of professional legal services to leading clients predominantly in the insurance and corporate and commercial sectors. Whilst this is an international law firm, they are friendly and approachable and are known for their modern approach and outlook to legal services. Into the next year, they are planning to grow across a number of well-established teams and offices due to increased work levels. The firm are now looking for a Paralegal (6-month fixed term contract) to support a partner from their Property and Casualty Team to prepare for trial.


Your new role
You will be responsible for responsibilities drafting letters and documents, legal research, review and compilation of client data, preparing documents for court etc. You will be supporting with the lead up to a trial that is due to take place in October. You will need to have legal work experience (ideally litigation, insurance or property disputes).


What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained a minimum 2:1 in your LLB or equivalent legal qualification. You will have preferably completed your LPC or CILEX however this is not compulsory. You will have at least 6 months prior Paralegal experience ideally in litigation, insurance or property disputes. You will have excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the initiative to work alone as well as be a team player. Competent IT literacy skills and great attention to detail is desirable.
