We have been retained by an insurance agency with a first-class warranty and indemnity insurance (M&A insurance) brand in their search for an individual to lead their entry into the central and Eastern European markets (CEE) based from Poland.

The firm presently have a highly successful W&I MGA with international reach and now want to develop the offering across the CEE with the hire of an experienced corporate M&A Lawyer. There is an excellent operational infrastructure in place along with a binder agreement in place with capacity providers to underwriting CEE risks.

There is a significant compensation structure with an equity/share option.
