Banking and Finance Lawyer

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a Banking and Finance Lawyer join a highly regarded firm in London.

Our client is a well-established City law firm with excellent reputation. The team provide finance for property acquisition and development and general acquisition finance. Also dealing with syndication of loans, bridging, mezzanine and stretched senior facilities, security and facility reviews.

The position is for a mid to senior level Banking and Finance Associate with broad experience to join a team in London. The ideal Finance Solicitor will have a range of experience or a versatile attitude, as there is the possibility to get access to a range of work with banks, bridging finance providers, mezzanine finance providers, developers, property investors and institutions, with a particular focus on property finance. In addition to this, there is wider finance work available with investment funds, private equity investments, syndicated lending, asset based lending and acquisition finance.

The opportunity here is someone to progress towards partnership.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A good City or regional training in general banking and finance
• Good academics
• Post qualifying experience upwards of 6 years' PQE
