This top 60 reputable national firm, who share many chambers ranked departments, are going through a real surge of growth, and are looking to establish their Southampton branch as their regional flagship office.

The now have several offices nationally with ambitious plans to continue to grow. The firm has a strong reputation across several industry sectors, clients range from private individuals and owner-managed businesses to multinational corporations, public companies, universities, professional partnerships, banks and financial institutions.
The role
The firm are seeking to hire an Real Estate Solicitor 1-5 years PQE into their growing and long-established Southampton office.
You will join an award-winning Real Estate team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities an outstanding expertise.
Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role. You will be dealing with; sales and purchases, landlord and Tennent matters, complex development work of a high net worth nature and much more. You will be working within an established team, giving you support as and when required, but also giving you the necessary autonomy to develop.
You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role and fantastic, unrivalled career development
Requirements
- You will be an Real Estate Solicitor with at least 1-5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, the team are busy and looking to make more than one hire)
- You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression
- Salary is competitive and negotiable and dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
