My clients forward thinking, innovative and friendly law firm based in Newbury, Thatcham and Maidenhead, has grown substantially in recent years to a turnover of just over £7.5m and a headcount in excess of 135.

Your new role
The role will encompass a full spectrum of corporate and commercial work ranging from shareholders' agreements, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts to start-ups and restructures in a wide variety of industry sectors. You should be able to demonstrate experience and a skill set in handling commercial work at your PQE level and have an enthusiasm for business development. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to progress their career.

What you'll need to succeed
Completed seats in Corporate & Commercial law and ideally had paralegal experience with contract clients. You should also be a hard work and meticulous with your attention to detail. You should be a team player and eager to be apart of a family feel department.
