PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR (CATASTROPHIC £1m - £10m) - MANCHESTER
Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive - The complex injury team of this leading national defendant firm is looking for an experienced solicitor or Legal Executive to strengthen the department. The practice area has undergone significant growth and a restructure following a number of successful tenders which are now resulting in a significant increase in multi track work including high-value catastrophic injury matters between £1m - £10m. These are high-value, complex injury claims and offer a fantastic opportunity for any candidate looking to forge a career in large loss work.
KEY FACTS
- Job Title: Solicitor / Legal Executive (Complex injury)
- Location: Manchester
- Salary: £30,000 - £50,000
- Reports to: Partner
- Previous Experience: 4 PQE + Solicitors or Legal Executives are being considered. Ideally you should have some experience with high-value multi track matters, though lower value multi track will also be considered. Either EL/PL or RTA experience is relevant, though the work will almost exclusively be RTA.
A DEDICATED COMPLEX INJURY TEAM
This team is focused on providing advice to several key insurer clients on complex multi track matters of between approximately £1m to £10m, handling serious RTA injury matters. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of running files at this level, though will receive full support and excellent on-going training.
Client care skills are also important as fee earners will be expected to nurture strong relationships with their counterparts. It should be pointed out that a number of these clients have only recently been on-boarded and therefore service levels must be especially high.
CONTINUED SELF DEVELOPMENT
The nature and quality of the work speaks for itself. However, the team has also made a point of setting out a clear pathway for progression and self-development which enables solicitors and fee earners to move onto more operational and strategic roles ad the department continues to develop.
The successful applicant, though based in Manchester city centre, will be part of a highly respected national team which is set for an exciting period of expansion and growth. Should you feel you have the necessary qualities, please do not hesitate to apply for more details.
