Leveraged Finance Senior/Managing Associate with 6-8 years PQE. An International firm in the City of London have an opportunity to work in one of the largest and most highly commended Structured Finance practices in the legal market.

The Role
The firm are looking to recruit a Senior / Managing Associate to their successful team.
The team specialise in advising major banks, financial institutions and private equity clients in relation to leveraged finance facilities for MBOs, senior debt facilities and super senior facilities, TLB facilities and unitranche funding.
With this role comes training and a clear route to progress to Partnership. You will be joining a team with a strong, collaborative culture where there is a real opportunity to make a valued contribution to firm.
You will play an important part in growth of the team acting as a mentor and leader to the junior members of the practice and will get the opportunity to gain experience working alongside leading Partners recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers.
Requirements
- Senior / Managing Associate with 6 - 8 years PQE
- Strong Leveraged and Structured Finance expertise gained in a highly regarded, comparable International law firm
- Strong academics with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Must be confident with clients and a strong business developer
- Lead junior associates and act as a mentor
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Leveraged Finance Associate that wants progression to Partnership with a top International firm. The package is above market rate and the role will provide a great deal of responsibility and opportunities for development
