The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Banking & Finance NQ + Solicitor into their growing and long-established Leamington Spa office.
You will join an award-winning banking and finance team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.
You will be responsible for providing advice to banks, financial institutions, borrowers and other stakeholders on a variety of financial matters including senior and junior debt finance, asset-based lending, trade finance, and asset finance.
Requirements
- You will be a Banking and Finance Lawyer at NQ +years PQE
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
