This firm have a headcount of over 200 staff, they also have a local office which has grown substantially since its launch 3 years ago.

They are an entrepreneurial business; you will find a collaborative approach where Partners are accessible and sit amongst more junior Lawyers. The role
Due to continued growth the practice is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Manchester office.
The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.
The caseload and client base are broad, the variety will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work.
This role comes with good prospects and career development.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience, and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
- You should have first-class communication skills
- A positive "can do" attitude
- Salary is competitive and negotiable, depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
