Our client is a global media business. It is technologically very progressive and brings together the best in Media and Tech.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an additional lawyer to join the team of 8, based in our client's state of the art HQ in London. The bedrock of this role is commercial contracts drafting and negotiation, complemented by Tech, IP and some generalist corporate work at group level. The successful candidate will get the chance to play an important role in matters of significance for a world-leading media company that is currently going through an exciting period in its corporate history.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with robust training, ideally in a respected law firm, and solid experience in commercial contracts, IP and Tech. You will enjoy and thrive in a highly developed, technologically innovative environment. The demographic is young, media-friendly, polished but informal and the right cultural and personality fit will be crucial.
