The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their flourishing, Luton, Bedfordshire office.

The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, a large proportion of which is central London work, which you would normally only expect to see top City firms dealing with.

You will work side on side with Partners, giving you an unrivalled amount of exposure, not just technically but also with business development and marketing events, giving you the experience of becoming a business generator.

The caseload will be varied making for an interesting role. You will deal with a client base ranging from SME, entrepreneurs, national companies and FTSE 250 companies. The work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Development, Investment, Landlord and tenant and Commercial leases.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between NQ - 4 years PQE
  • You should have a good technical knowledge
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships are essential
  • Salary is very competitive and above market rate, in addition you will receive an industry leading benefits package
