TECHNOLOGY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITIGATION

ASSOCIATE

CENTRAL LONDON

REF: 1941

Our client is an exceptional boutique law firm serving businesses driving the TMT sector. They seek to hire a junior/mid-level litigator to join their market-leading Technology Disputes practice, to continue the growth of this impressive team.

The team advises creators, suppliers and users of technology on a wide range of commercial disputes. This includes: disputes arising out of failing technology projects, IP-related disputes (particularly trademarks and copyright infringement) and cyber/data/privacy breaches.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills, versatility and a genuine passion for the tech and innovation fields. You will have trained at and gained relevant experience from a leading City, West End or national law firm with a recognised technology disputes practice.

The role offers highly stimulating work within a progressive and friendly environment, and a great platform from which to achieve your career goals.

Please apply with your CV in complete confidence to Alec Harvey at Kinsella Legal or contact Alec for a discreet conversation about this opportunity.

Company

We are a boutique legal recruitment and resourcing consultancy, specialising in the placement of lawyers and legal professionals into roles both in-house and within law firms.

We pride ourselves on the relationships that we have built with our business partners over the many years that we have been in business.
We offer a unique service in the market place – a genuine fusion of in-house and private practice legal recruitment expertise, which offers a “full perspective” service to clients and candidates. Our careers as lawyers and now as legal recruitment consultants have enabled us to build a substantial network of contacts, which supports everything that we do.

Our clients and candidates choose to work with us because of our emphasis on building long-term relationships founded on integrity. It means recommendations are genuine, discretion assured and we never forget that today’s junior lawyer is tomorrow’s Managing Partner or General Counsel.
