Our client is a thriving boutique City business law firm, particularly known for its market leading venture capital, private equity and lower/mid-market M&A practices.

Due to the continued success of their highly rated Corporate practice they now seek to add at least one additional Corporate Associate/Senior Associate to bolster the team. They act for a range of corporates, management teams and institutional investors on a broad range of mid-market corporate transactions ranging from VC/PE funding, private M&A, joint ventures to ECM/AIM and restructuring.

You will be a rounded Corporate lawyer with experience commensurate with circa 4+ years' PQE, gained from a recognised corporate practice. You will exhibit excellent technical skills in drafting and negotiation alongside a keen commercial awareness, and an interest in business development.
