Our client is one of the leading global law firms in London with award winning practices in corporate, finance, commercial and real estate. The investment funds team is now looking for a talented and experienced solicitor to manage large-scale funds, becoming part of a knowledgeable and expert group.
Supporting the wider funds practice, the successful candidate will deal with investor-side work (both debt and equity) for development finance institutions, as well as fund formation, private and listed, real estate and infrastructure funds; the client base is vast and high-profile, and is spread worldwide. The team is evenly balanced with work flow and there is a real opportunity for someone to gain career development.
Applications are invited from mid-senior level solicitors with at least 2 years PQE and strong technical ability. It is essential that all candidates have trained and qualified with another top, London, international or US law firm.
