NEW ROLE: whilst aviation experience is needed, it is not fundamental that this discipline is the 'only' work you have ever carried out in your career - you may have only practiced aviation as a secondary work flow. Work that you will need to be familiar with will include: facility agreements, security documents, finance leases, operating leases, sale and purchase agreements, engine agreements, operating, management and charter agreements and maintenance agreements. Knowing this, this top law firm is very well known within its UAE and circle and, as a Global player, competes regularly with the largest firms on a regular basis - all over the World. With the finance work on offer ‘top tier’ and with this type of responsibility rarely offered to a junior/mid level lawyer, you will report direct to the head of department and be mentored by an associate and known partner. Practical skills you should bring are: hard work, dedication, good communication, commerciality and awareness and attention to detail. An enjoyable and great place to work.
