Applicants should be US qualifed lawyers who have experience in providing high-end advice to clients in major international equity and debt transactions. You'll therefore need to be familiar with Rule 144A/Registered offerings, initial public offerings, rights offerings, exchange offers and tender offers. Excellent drafting, communication, negotiation and marketing skills will also be needed.
