Job Details
Our client is a renowned NY-headquartered firm in London, and an opportunity has arisen for trainees due to qualify in September 2019 to join its market-leading Funds team.
The team advises on a complete range of fund business matters, including fund formation, raising and maintenance. Beyond that, the team also tackles co-investment arrangements, restructurings and reorganisations. In line with the broad work on offer, the team works with an extensive client-base, ranging from institutional investors to asset managers.
Applications are welcome from candidates who have done a private equity funds-focussed seat as part of their training contract – a more general funds seat or a seat with emphasis on different area of funds, e.g. hedge funds, is also suitable for the role.
Considering the firm’s global outlook, the candidate will benefit from high-quality and complex cross-border work that will enrich and further boost professional development.
Further to the quality of work on offer, the firm remunerates associates with a salary pegged at the New York scale, which is one of the highest rates in the market.
