This leading US law firm establishing a formidable team in London is looking to add ambitious associates to its team.

The partners are extremely interested in hearing from lawyers with in-house expertise.

Many of the partners themselves have spent time in industry before moving back into private practice and have implemented many of the successes gained at in-house positions: both in respect of working environment and workstreams.  The partners continue to leverage off this and experience and recognise the potential value inherent in the skillset brought in by associates who have similar experience.

Opportunities to return to private practice in the London market are often opaque, but this is a fantastic opportunity to return to a firm with standout global credentials in the London market, whilst reaping many of the in-house benefits that candidates expected but did not get when they moved away from private practice.

The successful candidate will be working on first rate Banking Finance work including acquisitions and dispositions along with advising on financing for issuers, new ventures as well as representing both public and private companies.

Applications are welcome from associates who have at least 2 years PQE gained in private practice at a leading international firm and at least 1 year PQE gained as in-house counsel.
