Job Details
We are working with a leading international US firm that is starting a Corporate Real Estate Practice, and is looking for Associates to join the team.
Having hired at Partner level, the firm has the backing of management in London and the US to invest into expanding the group, which is focusing on private equity transactions in the real estate sector.
Clients include blue chip private equity real estate investment firms, as well as REITs, and other institutional investment bodies.
The team heads now have the budget to hire a number of Associates, and are focusing on mid-level and juniors from around 1 to 5 years of PQE, although candidates with more or less experience coming from a leading City firm with relevant experience are also invited to apply.
This is a rare opportunity to join a team at the beginning of its journey to expand and establish itself in the London market. Anyone joining the team at this stage will be gaining unrivalled experience from both a technical legal and commercial business perspective.
