The Client
We are working with the London office of a leading US firm. The firm has over 20 offices across the world, with almost 2,000 qualified attorneys. The firm advises on complex, high-profile issues, including corporate restructuring, M&A, tax, capital markets, IP, litigation, real estate, banking & finance and international arbitration.
The firm is seeking a Funds associate to join their leading Investment Management Group in London.
The Role
You will be focusing on investment management and funds formation. You will advise fund managers and investors on the establishment, structuring and operation of investment funds, with a specific focus on investment funds, private equity and real estate funds.
The Requirements
Qualified solicitor in the UK, or able to work in the UK.
2 - 4 years post-qualification experience.
Trained at a leading international or US firm, with significant experience in corporate restructuring.
Strong academic record from a top university.
