Interim Employment Lawyer (In-House)
A highly regarded, international pharma company is looking for an Employment Lawyer to join their team on an initial 9 month contract with view to extend. This role is based out of their EMEA HQ in Surrey easily commutable from central London (Waterloo/Clapham Junction stations). Free parking is also available on site. Ability to work 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
Reporting to the Director, Global Employment Law you will hold a broad remit including:
- supporting HR with reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- managing a precedent bank of employee documents
- providing advice to HR and ER on employment issues
- prepare and present training materials
- advise on all aspects of employment law including:
- M&A activity
- insourcing/outsourcing of services
- restructuring / TUPE projects
- commercial contracts
To be considered for this role you will be 2+ years PQE, preferably trained in a reputable firm with subsequent experience in either private practice or in-house as an Employment Lawyer. You will be adaptable, able to work within a fast paced environment and work effectively with internal stakeholders and manage a varied workload.
