The Role
Are you a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate 5 + PQE in search of a outstanding opportunity with a Top Tier Legal 500 firm in Luton, Bedfordshire?
Their client base includes PLC's and multinational organisations and they excel in complex matters.
They have also been instrumental in providing services to the medical industry such as dentists, pharmacies and GP practices. The department handles great quality work and has a network of clients which is constantly evolving and growing.
You will form an integral member of the team and will handle matters such as Anti Competition, Contractual Matters, Distribution and Agency Agreements, GDPR, Intellectual Property, Joint Ventures, M&A's and Partnerships.
You will benefit from market leading exposure to some incredible work and client.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 2+ PQE
- You will be based in Luton, Bedfordshire
- You will have a good background made up by a variety of experience in the Corporate Commercial sphere.
