Commercial Litigation Lawyer, West Midlands, A well respected independent firm, Competitive Salary

This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of Commercial Litigation seeking a progressive firm that can offer autonomy and career progression.

In this varied role you will work across a broad portfolio of SME to mid-sized clients. Moreover, you will be the main point of contact for a number of key client relationships and support your more junior colleagues.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following skills, experience and personal qualities:

• A level of comfort working autonomously whilst being part of a wider collaborative team.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach alongside a personality that will flourish in an environment of change and growth.
• A strong networker who has an aptitude for and enjoys business development.

Your work load will be varied and include partner & shareholder disputes, commercial contracts disputes, IP and general corporate disputes.
