An exciting role has opened for an Associate with one of the leading Project Energy and Infrastructure Groups in the legal sphere. You will be a Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE with the ambition and drive to build a career with a leading US multi-service law firm

Their expert team of lawyers handle everything from cross border M&A, projects and infrastructure, energy and renewables, real estate, banking, capital markets, investment funds, private equity and structured finance.
It is well known in the market that young lawyers are given lots of responsibility and training at this firm, giving them one of the best platforms to gain experience and gear up to take the next steps in their career.
The Role
You will be working and gaining experience alongside some of the worlds biggest legal experts in this sector. They are the first choice for financing and development of the worlds most complex projects.
The team work together across all offices to deliver the best service to clients and collaborate to meet the demands of some of the industries most challenging cross border matters.
You will need to have a solid background at a reputable firm with experience in any of the following areas: oil & gas, renewables, petrochemicals, power, infrastructure, mining & metals and a keen interest in developing your skills into new areas.
Requirements
- 1-3 PQE Associate with Projects/Energy/Infrastructure experience
- Strong academic background and the willingness to learn and develop
- Experience working in a highly regarded Energy/Projects practice
- Must has experience and familiarity with international, cross border transactions and the complexities that surround them
- Confident when client facing and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines
