The role


The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor / CILEX into their flourishing Haywards Heath office, West Sussex


The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a organically growing firm in its earlier stages, working alongside similarly ambitious paralegals and solicitors.


You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work. This position will be accompanied with guaranteed progression, both salary-wise and position wise.


You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role within a truly exciting firm


Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
  • You will have a passion for Real Estate work
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
