Construction Dispute Resolution Solicitor

An opportunity has presented itself for a Construction Disputes Associate to join a top tier international law firm at their Dubai office. Needless to mention, a role of this magnitude offers an outstanding salary and benefit package.

My client is a law firm with an excellent reputation for providing top of the line legal service and with offices spanning across the globe, the firm has a dominant presence in the legal market. The firm is now looking for the right individual who can hit the ground running and make most of an opportunity to further establish themselves in the region.

The firm is looking for a NQ - 2 years PQE with outstanding experience, you would have gained this experience working for a international law firm. The role will require many duties such as managing a caseload of contentious construction matters; assisting Partners with advisory work, preparing documents to progress proceedings, negotiate a wide variety of contracts, supervising junior members of the team and other duties of the calibre. You will also have excellent academic background, be trained within CDR dept, common law qualified is preferable.
