Job Details
We are working closely with the partners at this elite US firm in Hong Kong as they look to recruit additional associates into their market-leading Investment Funds Practice.
The firm is recognised as one of the most prestigious outfits in the world and has a preeminent reputation in for its work in the Asian funds sector.
Working out of Hong Kong, the team advises fund managers on the structuring and establishment of investment funds with a particular focus on the private equity market.
Lawyers in the team also work with the fund managers on secondary transactions such as buy-outs and spin-offs as well as refinancing and restructuring matters.
The partners are only interested in speaking to stellar candidates with a Magic Circle / elite firm background, although they will consider associates with between 2-5 PQE. Candidates may be coming from London but a connection to or experience of working in the region will be a distinct advantage.
An exceptional academic record is also to be expected, although there are no language requirements (other than native English).
