This firm is recognised as being one of the most prestigious Wall Street firms in London, and not many opportunities come along to join its Corporate team.
However, there is now a need to recruit a number of junior to mid-level corporate associates as there is space in the team and the partners are actively looking for candidates.
Led by highly-rated English qualified partners, the Corporate team has a specific focus on private equity transactions, as well as extensive expertise in public and private M&A, and equity capital markets.
Applications are welcome from candidates with broad M&A, private equity and/or ECM experience, with between 1-5 years of PQE from a top UK or another US firm in London.
As well as offering fast-paced career development in a meritocratic environment, the firm is also noted as being one of the few firms in the City that pays its London-based English-qualified lawyers at full New York rates.
