Legal Counsel (Bilingual)
We have been recently instructed by a well known regional company in Dubai to find them a junior/mid-level lawyer (bilingual) to add to their strong Legal team.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel on a variety of corporate, commercial and litigation issues.
Ideal candidates will be 3-5 years PQE and have experience in corporate structuring and drafting & reviewing commercial, marketing, sales , lease agreements and corporate structure.
