Flexible Commercial Counsel – Global Tech Company - 3 days remote working
The Client
Our client, a global technology company, is looking for a 3-5PQE commercial/technology lawyer to work 3 days remotely and 2 days in Milton Keynes. The small team has a professional and collegiate culture, working reasonable hours on interesting work. The position has come about from an influx in work resulting from company growth.
The Role
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating on multiple commercial and technology agreements;
- Supporting on a wide variety of BAU work;
- Providing advice on a broad range of matters, sometimes expanding beyond pure commercial/technology work;
- Advising the company on the commercial impacts of business decisions.
About You
You should:
- Have good legal training;
- Have strong drafting and negotiating skills; and
- Be a UK qualified lawyer, with 3-5PQE.
This role is ideal for someone looking to transition in-house.
