This major offshore firm is currently interested in speaking to commercial litigators at the 5 - 8PQE level. You will need to be UK or Commonwealth admitted and have gained your experience at a major international law firm in London, Australia, New Zealand, Asia or Canada, or at a set of well-regarded chancery/commercial chambers. Work will include insolvency, funds disputes, fraud, asset-tracing, contractual disputes, professional negligence and trusts disputes. The work is often complex, of high value and multi-jurisdictional in nature.
