Senior Lawyer (Investment Management)

This global investment management company has a proven track record within asset management, being a respected force in the industry. Based in central London, the team cover fund ranges in several geographical locations.

Your new role
The role is as a Commercial Lawyer, with a focus on investment management related commercial contracts. This will involve drafting and negotiating investment management agreements, broker terms, as well as platform agreements, distribution agreements, and other related documents. On top of this you will work on other commercial agreements, whilst also advising on data protection matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working on investment management related contracts within an asset/investment management organisation or in private practice working on these clients. The successful candidate will need strong communication skills and an ability to break down complex legal jargon, in order to liaise well with key stakeholders.
