Family Associate

This multi-service practice has recently opened a new office in Sutton Coldfield and require an experienced Family Associate to drive the business forward.

A bit about the firm:

• With 4 offices across Staffordshire, you'd be working for a leading firm who provide a comprehensive range of services to businesses and individuals.
• You will be based in their recently opened Sutton Coldfield office, which they hope will help them to achieve continued success.
• They are endorsed by the Legal 500 directory and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

You will be responsible for handling a variety of Family Law matters, to include:

• Divorce, Dissolution of Civil Partnerships and Separation.
• Financial and Property Disputes following separation, divorce and dissolution.
• Child disputes, Adoption and Child Arrangements Orders.
• Pre-nuptial and Post-nuptial agreements.

You:

• You will be qualified as a Solicitor, with 5-10 years' PQE working within Family Law.
• You will be highly personable, and able to deal with clients in a sensitive, professional and competent manner.
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

• In return, a salary of circa £50k will be on offer.
