Legal Counsel

The Company :

I am working with a world leading sports betting consultancy which have built a suite of innovative analytic and digital tools to develop an unrivalled insight to the world of sport.

The Role :

As part of a busy legal team you will support stakeholders on a variety of matters from commercial, technology and employment to risk and compliance.

• Drafting and negotiating complex contracts such as data processing, software licenses, managed services and consultancy agreements.
• Supporting the Security team to ensure the company's intellectual property and sensitive information are protected.
• Working with the Technology, Products and Finance teams to assist with R&D, new ventures and international growth.
• Advising the HR team on both contentious and non-contentious employment law.

You :

The successful candidate will be/have;

• A qualified Solicitor with 4 - 10 years PQE
• Recent in-house experience
• Experience leading on complex commercial agreements
• Broad skillset and use to working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Seeking a role with autonomy and responsibility
