The Corporate Technology team at this award winning mid-market and international firm provides M&A and other related corporate law services to businesses in the TMC and life sciences sector. They work with a wide range of businesses from the smallest start ups to the largest multi-national brands. They have a longstanding commitment to lifecycle advisory work and their strength in depth has helped them build a market leading M&A practice in these sectors.

Their aim is to be the leading Corporate Technology practice in the world. As a result they seek to hire senior lawyers who share their passion for these sectors and want to be part of delivering on that aim. The team also works closely with their international office and they handle a significant amount of inward investment from Silicon Valley.

To be considered for this role you should be UK or Common Law qualified with between NQ-3pqe coming from a recognised private equity or transactional legal practice, ideally with technology experience but if not with a passion for this area of work. You should have good experience in, and a sound understanding of, buy-out and M&A transactions.
