Job Details
A well established IP prosecution and litigation practice are looking for a paralegal to join their London office. The role is permanent and is a wonderful opportunity to join an award-winning team.
Primarily, the role will involve providing a full paralegal and administrative service to the litigation team, where you will take instruction and authorization from the Senior Litigation paralegal and Partners within the department.
You will be assisting with Court hearings and trials, preparing case updates, disclosure review, research, filing documents, preparing documents and providing general support in terms of dealing with solicitor expenses, preparing client bills and diary management.
Applicants must have a law degree (min 2:1), and possess significant prior experience within an IP environment. Organisational and IT skills must be exemplary, including the use of Document Management Systems.
Suitable candidates who are available immediately or with a very short notice period are of particular interest.
