This is a seriously exciting opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor in Real Estate, looking to specialise as an Agriculture Solicitor that is wanting a real path to progression.

They advise a range of clients from FTSE 350 companies, public and private sector organisations, and charities to wealthy individuals. It is a full-service law firm with a focus on major sectors including: chemicals and manufacturing; energy and natural resources; financial institutions; insurance; private wealth; real estate; retail and consumer goods; and transport and infrastructure.

They are seeking a Agriculture Solicitor NQ - 2 PQE to join their busy team working from their office in Bristol, Somerset.

The Role

You'll work alongside solicitors in the wider Real Estate and Private Client teams, providing advice to clients with agricultural property on instructions ranging from supporting landowner clients buying and selling property, or promoting land for development by way of options or promotion agreements, through all aspects of management of rural assets, including tenancy issues and planning, to both the implementation of green energy schemes and the letting of land for these purposes.

You'll also be acting for lenders to rural borrowers wishing to offer agricultural land as security, but with one or more challenging factors.

Working with the highest caliber clients, in a collaborative collegiate environment, this is a unique opportunity for the right person.

You will be...

  • A NQ - 2 PQE Real Estate Solicitor looking to specialise in Agriculture
  • The ideal candidate would be from a large city or national practice, looking to further focus your career on Agriculture, but all backgrounds will be considered.
  • You should have a meticulous eye for detail
  • You will have excellent communication skills.
